As the Loss Mitigation Specialist for the Knowles Team, Jim Anzalone is a Managing Broker who focuses his energy and expertise on short sales and foreclosures. Jim has been a full time real estate agent since 1999.
As a former CPA, Jim uses his financial and accounting knowledge to assess the viability of a short sale. Jim taught for the organization offering the Certified Dis- tressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation to real estate agents in Arizona, Alaska and Washington. Jim has also taught the subject matter material for Washington’s largest real estate educator. As Jim is not an attorney, he cannot offer legal advice to a client. However, he can share legal information about the state of affairs as they relate to short sales and foreclosures. Prior to commencing with a short sale, the Knowles Team insists clients meet with legal council to learn about their legal rights and obligations.
