As Team Leader of the Knowles Team, Sheryl Knowles is an active Managing Broker. Sheryl is a Northwest “native” and has been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions full-time in the greater Seattle area since 1989.
Sheryl provides the strategic direction for the Knowles Team. She mentors each Realtor® comprising the Knowles Team sales team. She meets each Realtor® in a weekly one-on-one to discuss sales goals. She reviews each transaction to con- firm compliance with regulatory guidelines and to ensure our client’s interests are protected.
Sheryl is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Further- more, she is an Accredited Staging Professional®.
Sheryl is the past President of the Seattle Metro chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors® and a Director of the Washington Association of Realtors® (WAR), representing Seattle-King County.
